When improving current products and deciding on upcoming lines, we take our customer’s feedback very seriously here at ThirdLove⏤which is why we recently invited dozens of women into our office to talk about their experiences with us.
Our guests had the opportunity to meet with our Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Heidi Zak, and our Head of Design, Ra’el Cohen, take a tour of the ThirdLove office, and even enjoyed full hair and makeup services for their video shoot. In return, we received invaluable feedback on everything ThirdLove, from imagery and catalogs to ads and product design⏤directly informing the direction we took for our Spring 2018 campaigns.
