How To Use The Bra Size Chart

When using the chart to find your bra size, keep in mind:

  • The band size increases as you move from left to right. Move left or right within the row if your band doesn't fit.
  • The cup size increases as you move from top to bottom on the chart. Move up or down the columns if your cups don't fit. In between cup sizes? Go up or down a half-cup! And keep in mind if you want styles that are full coverage or not!
  • Bra sizes that share a row are sister sizes, meaning they share the same cup volume (though they have different cup letters). For example, at a glance they’re all just different bra sizes. However, the row with bra sizes 36C, 38B, and 40A have something in common: they all have the same cup volume but have different band sizes. The same goes for the row with bra sizes 38H, 40G, 42F, 44E, 46D, and 48C.

The calculator only gives a size for an underbust over 24.9 in, up to 42.5 in, with a difference of up to 13 in. Blank cells and measurements outside these ranges have no size in the calculator.

    I am a 40 G,

    I am a 40 G, wireless bras are something that don’t seem to work for me bc I need structural engineering to keep these puppies up. This bra actually keeps them up and I feel supported and compressed, rather like a sports bra. The downside is that it gives uniboob and I am constantly scooping my boobs apart to separate them. It’s comfortable and easy to throw on but for all day wear I need something with more support.

    Surprised!

    I have only worn underwire bras for many decades and have found wireless bras to be heavy and feel clumsy. I still like my underwires, but this wireless minimizer is great to add to my rotation. Its only drawback is that the pattern woven into the material is visible under light colored tops.

    I didn't notice any "minimizing"

    I didn't notice any "minimizing" effects. The straps were comfortable and the bra is comfortable and pretty. I wish it was a bit lower in the front, but overall, it's a good bra.

    Holds the Girls In!

    I was hesitant to purchase this because I've only ever worn underwire minimizer bras. I was extremely happy with the fit, true to size and held everything in all day support.

    Change your expectations for this bra - not minimizing

    So this is an interesting bra. I ordered my usual size (38dd), and it fits well. Super comfortable actually. BUT I don’t notice any sort of minimizing that is happening. Which is weird because I bought 2 other bras in the same size and am returning because they are too small. If you’re interested in the minimizing, you may have to size down or just try a different eat style. I also have to be honest - it looks like a granny bra. It also is extra comfortable in that same way - the fabric feels soft and wearable all day! If that is the kind of bra you are looking for, this bra is for you! Lastly, the pattern on the fabric shows through a few of the shirts I’ve tried to wear with this bra. Don’t love that. If this review feels all over the place, it reflects my feelings about this bra. I like it enough to keep it & wear with a thick fabric shirt, but I would never buy it again.
