How To Use The Bra Size Chart

When using the chart to find your bra size, keep in mind:

  • The band size increases as you move from left to right. Move left or right within the row if your band doesn't fit.
  • The cup size increases as you move from top to bottom on the chart. Move up or down the columns if your cups don't fit. In between cup sizes? Go up or down a half-cup! And keep in mind if you want styles that are full coverage or not!
  • Bra sizes that share a row are sister sizes, meaning they share the same cup volume (though they have different cup letters). For example, at a glance they’re all just different bra sizes. However, the row with bra sizes 36C, 38B, and 40A have something in common: they all have the same cup volume but have different band sizes. The same goes for the row with bra sizes 38H, 40G, 42F, 44E, 46D, and 48C.

The calculator only gives a size for an underbust over 24.9 in, up to 42.5 in, with a difference of up to 13 in. Blank cells and measurements outside these ranges have no size in the calculator.

    Nice quality bra

    The fabric feels great, however they stopped making 32EE1/2 so I bought 32 double E and it fits OK but I’m not convinced it’s the perfect fit. I also feel the band size of 32 is larger than the bras I had bought previously. I have to wear the bra on the last hooks instead of the first.

    The perfect fit!!

    I’ve never had a bra that fit me perfectly till this one. As a girl with a bigger bust it can be so hard to find a bra that fits properly. Third love has amazing customer service to help you find the right fit and bra. I love how soft the fabric is and how supported and kept in place I feel in the bra.

    I'm not sure what the

    I'm not sure what the issue is with this bra style, but no matter the size I tried, my back fat spilled over the band and my breasts were miles down in the cup. I'm 5'5" and weigh 135lbs. I usually wear a size 4 or 6 in clothes and have been wearing a 34DD in the same style bra (from a brand leader in the industry) for a couple of decades. I only tried Third Love because I was seeking cotton lined cups and had heard TL had this. I followed the instructions for measuring and ordered. Then exchanged for another size. Same issue. Perhaps this bra is only for really skinny women or else much younger women with lots of collagen. I'm 55+, but consider myself in pretty good shape. This was a very disappointing shopping experience.

    Straps not long enough

    I bought 4 of the 24/7 bra after being fitted at an actual Third Love store. It appeared as the best bra ever. I washed them according to directions. I am a registered nurse, every time I moved while caring for patients, the bra would go up and squeeze my boobs. No possibility to elongate the strap. I couldn’t return them. I thought after some use the problem would resolve, didn’t happen. They are excellent bra except for that problem.

    My absolute go-to bra. I’m a 34D and sometimes have trouble finding a bra that keeps me up instead of pushing out, and this is the perfect fit.
