FAQs
How do I exchange for a different size or color?
To exchange for a different size in the same product, click through the return process and simply select your new size from the drop down. If you do not see the size you are looking for, that means the product is currently unavailable in that style and color.
How do I exchange for a different style?
To exchange for a different style, select ‘Exchange for new product or return item’ and then ‘Continue with return’.

After selecting ‘Shop Now’, you will be redirected to our website to shop with a credit amount for the items you've selected to exchange. At checkout you will be redirected back to Loop.

If the new items exceed your available return credit, you will enter your payment information for the remaining balance. If the total is less than your credit, the Shop Now bonus is removed from the order and any remaining funds are refunded to your original payment method.

How do I return for a refund?
Don’t worry, returns and exchanges are easy! If you don't love your ThirdLove purchase, you may return it to us within 60 days. We ask that you keep original tags on the product (underwear should be unworn and in the original, unopened polybag) in order for the product to qualify for returns.

Enter your order information into the form. On the next page, select the item(s) you’re sending back and choose “Return”. You can select a refund to your original form of payment or for store credit, or you can shop for new products with your credit. Once you select one of these options, you’ll be able to complete your return. Print your return label and mail back the original item. Most orders will be refunded once they're delivered to our warehouse. Return shipping can take 10 business days from the time you drop off your return. You can refer to your return confirmation email to track the status of your return at any time!

Once your refund has been processed, you’ll receive an email. Refunds can take 2-3 business days to reflect in your account. If your refund doesn’t reflect on your payment method by that time, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution.

Please note: items from different orders will need to have returns set up for each order.
Where is my refund?
If you’ve set up a return using our online form and are waiting for your refund, you can always check the status of your return by navigating to the email confirmation of your return. There, you’ll find a button to “View Return”. That page will give you details on your return’s journey back to us and refund information!
How do I return or exchange a gift?
If you have the order number and shipping zip code or email address that was used to place the order, you can start an exchange or return for site credit here:https://thirdlove.loopreturns.com/#/gift

During the return process, you will be prompted to update the information on file, which will remove the gift giver from the equation.

If you don’t have the order number and shipping zip code or email address, just select 'Don't have your order information?'. You will then be directed to fill out a survey which will assist our team in helping locate the order.
