How to Cancel/Change an Order
You may cancel your order within 45 minutes of placing the order from the order status page. You can access this page by checking your order confirmation or immediately after placing the order.
If the order was placed using Express Shipping, 1-2 business days, or Priority Shipping, 3-4 business days, we are not able to cancel or edit the order.
Orders for gift cards are typically not able to be cancelled. If you have any questions, use one of the options on our website below to contact a Fit Stylist.
If you miss this grace period, no worries! We are committing to ensuring that you find your perfect fit and offer free returns and exchanges. If you want to change your order, we recommend placing a new order to ensure that you receive it as soon as possible.
Please note that shipping on all orders is non-refundable and addresses can not be changed.
