Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Below you can find all the information you need about shipping options and delivery timelines. Once you place an order, you can follow your order along with the tracking information sent via email and located in your ThirdLove account. Don't have an account? No worries, just use the email address you placed your order with to create an account here.
We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
For Standard Orders, it may take up to 2 business days for shipping activity to be updated on the shippers tracking site after you initially receive your Shipping Confirmation email. For Standard Orders that they start out with DHL and are handed off to USPS for the final delivery, the tracking number will remain the same.
If the order was placed with Express shipping, we are not able to cancel or edit the order. For more information about canceling orders please click here. Please note:
- Canadian orders will be charged $13.00 CAD for standard shipping.
- Shipping timeframes begin once the order is shipped, and you've received your shipping confirmation email.
- Standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 2 weeks.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
Delivery to 48 Contiguous United States (excludes U.S. Territories and APO/FPO destinations - see below)
- Standard Shipping (Standard orders can take 4-8 business days to deliver in the 48 states based on time and location) $5.99 or FREE when you buy $100 or more
- Hooked Gold Member: Free shipping over $75 USD
- Hooked Platinum Member: Free shipping on all orders
- Priority Shipping (3-4 Business Days) $16.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 Business days) $24.99
- If an Express Shipping order is placed before 10:30 AM Pacific Time Monday-Friday, it will ship the same day. If an order is placed after 10:30 AM Pacific Time or on the weekend, it will ship the next business day.
Delivery to Hawaii or Alaska (excludes APO/FPO destinations - see below)
- Standard Shipping (Up to two weeks) $5.99 or FREE when you buy $100 or more.
Delivery to APO/FPO Destinations
- Approximately 2 weeks $5.99 or FREE when you buy $100 or more.
Delivery to Canada
- 7-10 Business Days $13.00 CAD or free if you spend $135 CAD or more.
- Taxes are paid at the time of checkout for Canadian orders. Duties are paid by us!
