Most orders will be refunded once they're delivered to our warehouse. Return shipping can take 10 business days from the time you drop off your return. You will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be reflected on your statement in 2-3 business days. Please contact your financial institution if the refund is not reflected on your bank statement.

If you received our Bundle & Save bundling discount on your order, our return system will reflect the price paid rather than the value of the item. To keep your discount in place, move through our traditional exchange process rather than using your Instant Refund to repurchase.

If you placed an order using Afterpay or PayPal, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. At this time, we can only issue a refund to an original payment method within 175 days of the original purchase date for PayPal and 180 days for Afterpay.
