What does my ThirdLove size mean?
Standard bra sizing is incomplete - that is why we’ve developed additional band & cup sizes to give you a better fit. The ThirdLove size consists of a number and a letter. The number represents your band size and is your true circumference in inches. The letter represents a ThirdLove cup that will fit you best.
Can I use my industry size to shop?
Absolutely. Keep in mind, we’ve found many ThirdLove members fall into our unique half-cup sizes using our sizing technology. But you always have the option to skip sizing and shop your current size in your favorite ThirdLove style.
Why don't you carry my size?
We're a young and growing company and we’re working around-the-clock to expand our size range.
What size range do you currently offer?
We currently offer products through an industry 34E/36D/38C, with more sizes launching soon.
Do you offer maternity or sports bras?
Not yet, but we're working on it!
Do you offer push-up bras?
While our mesh does offer a natural lift, we do not carry push up bras in the traditional sense. We are working on it!

What is the return policy?
With our "Love it Guarantee", you're off the hook (literally and figuratively). All returns and exchanges are free. If for any reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase, email us at email@example.com and we'll send you a pre-paid return label. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, except for panties which are non-refundable. We'll even cover the cost of shipping any new item(s) for all exchanges.
How long will my exchange take?
We aim to deliver your replacement within 1 week from the time that your returned item is received.
How does the app work?
The ThirdLove iPhone app offers you the opportunity to both get sized and to shop. The sizing feature of the app transforms your phone into a virtual measuring tape. Alternatively, you can always use your industry size to buy your favorite ThirdLove style.
What should I wear when getting sized?
Wear your most supportive underwire bra -- no push-up or sports bras allowed. You can take your photos with or without a tank top over your bra.
How does the sizing technology work?
Our patented technology uses two photos in conjunction with computer vision/image recognition algorithms to understand the size of your body in relation to the iPhone and map your shape.
What happens with my photos?
Once submitted, your photos are stored in our secure database. Your photos and personal information will never, ever be shared.
Is there an Android app for ThirdLove?
Not yet, but there will be soon! Our engineering team's fingers are writing Olympian-sprinter speed code to get the Android system up and running as fast as possible. Sign up here and we will alert you as soon as ThirdLove for Android is available.
Do I need to use the ThirdLove App to shop?
There are two ways to shop ThirdLove: the iOS app and the website. Like with the app, you can shop your personal collection on the website using your industry size or using your ThirdLove size by logging into your account.
Can I use my iPad?
You can use your iPad to shop. To size yourself using our patented sizing technology, you need to use your iPhone.
My body has changed. What do I do?
We realize bodies can change from time to time - in fact, women change breast sizes an average 6 times over their lives! Just log into the app and resize yourself. Your account will then automatically be updated with your new ThirdLove size.
If I chose to use the sizer, do I have to be measured every time I place an order?
No, once you have sized yourself using the ThirdLove app, your measurements are saved in your fit profile for future use. To shop your personal collection on the website, log in using the same account you created and everything will be filtered to your ThirdLove size.
What model of the iPhone is supported?
Right now we support iPhone models 4 and above.
Why can't I download/open the app?
If you are experiencing technical difficulties, try restarting your iPhone or deleting and re-installing the ThirdLove app. Still a no go? No worries, contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Where oh WHERE is my order?
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. To check the status or view your recent order, log into your ThirdLove account on your iPhone and visit Account>Order History. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are working hard to meet the requests in all 50 states. We are growing rapidly and will be expanding internationally very soon.
How can I purchase a gift card?
Simply click here, choose delivery type, and choose amount. After checkout, a ThirdLove representative will contact you within 24 hours to personalize your message and ensure an on-time delivery.
Can I choose an amount other than the denominations listed?
Unfortunately not at this time.
What's the difference between the mailed gift card and e-gift card?
ThirdLove gift cards sent in the mail are made of brushed stainless steel, pre-wrapped in a little black box with a one-size-fits-all lace thong. All mailed gift card orders will be shipped within two business days via USPS First Class. E-gift cards are virtual versions of the classic gift cards except delivered via email, without the free panty.

Can I personalize the gift message, or choose when the gift card will be sent?
Absolutely! After checkout, a ThirdLove representative will contact you within 24 hours to personalize your message and arrange delivery date.
How long does it take for gift cards to be delivered?
All mailed gift card orders will be shipped within two business days via USPS First Class. E-gift cards can be sent within 24 hours of purchase. We can also arrange electronic delivery date within one month of purchase.
I received a ThirdLove gift card. How do I use it?
1. Register for an account
2. Add your favorite ThirdLove merchandise to your cart
3. On the Shopping Bag page during checkout, click Coupon/Gift Card
4. Enter your gift card code & click Apply
5. The gift card amount will be credited to your account
The full amount of the gift card will be applied to your account upon redemption. You can use this credit towards the purchase of any ThirdLove merchandise.
What if I don't use the whole value of the gift card?
The unused portion of your gift card will remain in your account as "credit". It will never expire or incur fees.
How do I check the balance of my gift card?

Can my gift card be refunded, transferred, or replaced if lost or stolen?
Unless required by law, gift cards may not be exchanged for cash or refunded and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
