FAQ Roundup: Answering our 10 Most-Asked Questions

From “do you have nursing bras?” to “what sizes do you carry?” and “what’s the best bra for my breast shape?”, we’ve seen pretty much every breast- and bra-related question possible in the last four years.

Today, we’re sitting down to answer the most-asked questions we receive—and we’re giving you a few sneak peeks of upcoming product launches along the way.

1. What sizes do you carry?

We currently carry 59 bra sizes, including our signature half-cup sizes. Our band sizes range from 28-46 and cup sizes AA-H (DDDD). We’re proud to offer about two times more sizes than traditional bra brands—and we’re continually adding more!

2. Do you have physical stores?

We do not! We believe that you shouldn’t have to waste time visiting a store to get fitted for a bra, and it’s our goal to make it as easy as possible for you to find your perfect size and style from the comfort of your own home.

4. So, how do I size myself for your bras?

We’ve put so much time and energy into perfecting our Fit Finder® quiz. Just answer a few simple questions and we’ll recommend a size and style that’s right for you. And, as an added bonus, we have a Try Before Buying program so you can try that bra from home—free for 30 days.

5. How do I know what bra style is right for my shape? Why does that matter?

Most women don’t know this, but your breast shape is actually a huge factor in determining your size and which bra style will be right for you. Most bra styles don’t fit all bodies and sizes, and you can check out our breast shape dictionary to find your shape and see which styles are best for you.

6. Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes! We actually just added 15 new, extended sizes (34H, 36G, 38F, 40E, 40F, 42D, 42E, 42F, 44C, 44D, 44E, 44F, 46C, 46D, and 46E) in our Perfect Coverage Bra, which you can shop now.

We started by adding these additional sizes in our Perfect Coverage Bra because we’ve found it’s the style that’s most supportive and comfortable for these larger band and cup sizes.

7. How do you pick which new sizes you’ll add?

It’s all based on customer feedback. We launched our New Nakeds Collection earlier this year based on skin tone shades that you requested most, and that’s also why we launched our Nursing Bra Collection and the specific extended sizes we added to our lineup.

8. You use the term “real women” in regards to your design and sizing process. What does that mean?

Great question! A lot of traditional lingerie brands rely on standard industry size templates, which means they’ll design a bra in a 34B and grade it up and down to fit the rest of the sizes.

Instead, we design and fit our bras using real women’s measurements. It’s more effort, but our passion for perfect fit means we won’t settle for anything less—so you won’t have to, either.

9. Do you have nursing bras yet?

Yes! We just launched them, and we carry two styles—our 24/7™ Classic Nursing Bra and 24/7™ Classic Wireless Nursing Bra. They’re available in three colors: Soft Pink, Black, and Nude. You can learn more about the inspiration behind the design here!

10. Will you ever launch different product categories? Swim? Athletic? Sleep?
